Financial Analyst
Job Description
Prepare and support financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Perform product and operational costing analysis. Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and business insights. Support financial accounting and reporting activities. Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts. Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Education & Experience
Education
MBA / B.Tech preferred. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field would be relevant.
Experience Level
7+ years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Finance.
Additional Information
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance is required. Strong expertise in FP&A, Costing & Budgeting, MIS Reporting & Data Analysis, and Financial Accounting. Africa manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
