General Manager – Commercial

Job Description

Overall leadership and execution of business strategy. Full P&L, budgeting, and financial oversight. Oversight of edible oils production, quality, and plant efficiency. End-to-end supply chain and procurement management. Lead and develop the management team. Ensure compliance, safety, and operational excellence.

Education & Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.

Experience Level

10–15 years total professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Reporting Line: Director and Board. Key Requirements: Strong expertise in Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations, alongside technical knowledge of edible oils and production processes.
