Operations Manager
Job Description
Operate and manage LPG filling machines and other plant equipment in compliance with operational safety procedures. Supervise daily plant activities, including truck loading/unloading, cylinder filling and inventory management. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company SOPs. Monitor plant performance, inventory statistics, inventory losses, and equipment maintenance history. Conduct routine LPG cylinder checks during filling operations. Inspect cylinders for leaks, damaged valves, faulty fittings, and other safety concerns. Ensure availability of LPG filling and empty cylinders and consumables. Ensure all filling and measuring equipment is properly calibrated and dispenses accurately.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. A Master's Degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
Experience Level
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management. At least 5 years of experience in LPG distribution, fuel logistics, FMCG logistics, fleet management, or a related industry.
Additional Information
Candidates should have strong LPG operations, logistics, fleet management, and HSE compliance experience.
