Job Description
Develop and execute business growth strategies for the Oil & Gas business. Lead commercial and business development initiatives across assigned markets. Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Leverage knowledge of African and GCC markets to strengthen business performance. Lead and mentor senior management and commercial teams. Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging business opportunities. Drive revenue growth and achieve strategic business objectives.

Education & Experience
Education
Engineering Graduate. MBA is preferable.
Experience Level
20+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a minimum of 8 years in management-level roles.
Additional Information
Expatriate role only. 20+ years of Oil & Gas industry experience is required. Minimum 8 years of management-level experience. Exposure to both African and GCC markets is mandatory. Candidates with a stable career history and strong career progression are preferred. Willingness to travel extensively across Africa and the Middle East is required. Engineering qualification is mandatory; MBA is preferable.
