Finance Manager
Job Description
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Manage treasury operations, cash-flow forecasting, and liquidity. Monitor working capital, receivables, and payables. Ensure compliance with IFRS, OHADA, and DRC statutory requirements. Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management. Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Prepare and support management reporting, dashboards, and financial performance analysis. Analyze financial and operational performance and provide actionable insights to management.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. CPA / ACCA / Master’s qualification will be an advantage.
Experience Level
15–20 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, with strong experience in financial controls, commercial finance, and operational finance.
Additional Information
15–20 years of Finance & Accounting experience is required. Prior DRC / Africa experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of IFRS, OHADA, MS Excel, and ERP systems required. English is required; French is preferred. Interested candidates are requested to DM the recruiter.
