Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Manage HR activities and provide HR leadership across the organization. Support workforce management and employee-related matters. Lead HR functions in alignment with business requirements. Manage HR operations within a technical/project-driven environment.
Education & Experience
Education
Master’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources or Business Administration. CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
Experience Level
8–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Minimum 3 years in an HR Manager or similar leadership role. Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Engineering, EPC, Construction, Mining, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors highly preferred. Previous Africa experience, particularly DRC, is an added advantage.
Additional Information
Sector experience in Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Construction / Mining / Manufacturing / Industrial is highly preferred. DRC / Africa experience is an advantage.
