Job Description
Plan and manage logistics and supply chain operations. Evaluate and oversee 3PL providers and partnerships. Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and customer satisfaction. Lead and develop the logistics team. Implement policies to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. Manage transportation, courier selection and rate negotiations. Control logistics budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Track and improve logistics performance using KPIs. Oversee fleet and drop-shipping operations.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Experience Level
3–5 years of relevant experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
