Logistics Operator – 2 Positions
Job Description
Manage warehouse stock and inventory operations. Handle and monitor 400+ inventory items. Maintain accurate stock records. Monitor inventory movement and availability. Manage dispatch and stock distribution activities. Support procurement-related activities. Supervise loading and offloading operations. Ensure proper counting and verification of inventory. Implement and maintain FIFO inventory management. Maintain accurate warehouse documentation. Reconcile physical stock with inventory records. Identify and report stock discrepancies.
Education & Experience
Education
Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, or a related field preferred. Tally knowledge will be an added advantage.
Experience Level
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role. Strong experience with stock counting and FIFO inventory management. Experience supervising loading and offloading operations. Age Preference: 30–45 years.
Additional Information
Experience managing 400+ inventory items required. Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge required. Willingness to learn Swahili/French required. Coordination with the Production Team is an important part of the role.
