Job Description
Mine Planning & Geology: Oversee Mine Planning, Life of Mine (LOM) strategy, Mine Geology, and Resource/Reserve management. Engineering & Technical Oversight: Drive Geotechnical Engineering, ground control, Survey, Hydrogeology, and Ventilation operations. Optimization & Processing: Manage mine-to-mill optimization and ore blending strategies. Governance & Operations: Lead technical governance, reconciliation, and continuous operational optimization.

Senior-level experience; essential background in large-scale open-pit operations, underground mining, and copper; exposure to Volcanogenic Massive Sulfide (VMS) deposits is advantageous
