Site Lead – Solar
Job Description
Lead and oversee day-to-day solar project site activities. Manage solar construction and installation works. Ensure project execution follows approved plans, schedules, and specifications. Monitor project progress against timelines and milestones. Ensure projects remain within approved budgets. Manage site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors. Allocate manpower and resources according to project requirements. Coordinate site logistics, materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure availability of required resources for uninterrupted construction.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering. Relevant technical/project management certifications will be an advantage.
Experience Level
8–15 years of overall professional experience. Minimum 8+ years of experience in Solar Construction. Strong experience managing solar project sites and installation activities. Experience with BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) preferred. Experience in solar project execution, site management, installation, and construction.
Additional Information
