Group General Manager – R&D
Job Description
R&D Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute group-wide R&D strategies, leading technical teams and driving product development across Decorative, Automotive, and Wood Paints/Coatings. Product Development & Innovation: Oversee new product development (NPD), chemical formulation, technology transfer, and commercialization of new coating solutions. Cost Optimization & Value Engineering: Lead cost optimization initiatives, raw material rationalization, and performance enhancement across product lines.
