Lead – Drone Operations
Job Description
Lead end-to-end drone/UAV operations. Develop flight/mission plans, SOPs, schedules, risk assessments and emergency procedures. Manage drone pilots, operators, technicians and field teams. Ensure compliance with aviation standards, HSE requirements and operational procedures. Manage drone fleet, maintenance, batteries, payloads, data quality and operational records. Drive adoption of advanced drone technologies, sensors, AI/analytics and automation. Ensure successful delivery of UAV projects in demanding industrial environments.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Aviation, Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, Remote Sensing, or related field
Experience Level
Relevant experience in commercial/industrial Drone/UAV Operations; Oil & Gas experience highly preferred
Additional Information
Open to Indian Citizens Only. Relevant commercial Drone/UAV certification or licence required. Willingness to work at remote/field locations is required.
