Job Description
Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze metallurgical performance; manage leaching kinetics (acid consumption, recovery), Solvent Extraction (SX) parameters (O/A ratio, phase separation, crud formation), and Electrowinning (EW) parameters (current density, voltage, cathode quality). Metal Balance & Recovery: Establish accurate monthly metal balances and implement continuous improvement strategies to maximize metal recovery limits. SOPs & Service Coordination: Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions; follow up with service departments for maintenance and operational tasks. Safety & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with plant safety procedures and mandatory PPE usage.

Experience Level
07+ years of experience in Mining and Mineral Processing Unit / Plant
Additional Information
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong working knowledge of the SAP-PP module.
