Head of Department (HoD) – Circular Dyeing / Knitted Fabric Processing
Job Description
Ensure on-time delivery of all production batches. Oversee Dye House planning and execution. Manage Dye House manpower effectively. Resolve daily quality and colour-related issues. Implement SOPs to improve work efficiency. Coordinate fabric movement from dyeing to packing. Control WIP across Circular Dyeing, Finishing and Packing. Control utility, dye and chemical costs. Enhance Dye House production capacity. Lead Dye House team output and review KRAs of management and senior staff.

B.Tech / Diploma in Textiles
