Job Description
General Ledger & Month-End Closing: Execute core accounting transactions, manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), perform bank/account reconciliations, and lead month-end financial closing activities. Operational & Cost Accounting: Oversee inventory trackings, evaluate cost accounting metrics, and support plant or site-level operational financial analysis. Financial Reporting & ERP Management: Utilize ERP platforms (Odoo preferred) and Advanced Excel to produce key financial reports and support data analysis for operational leadership.

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) mandatory OR MBA in Finance
Experience Level
5–8 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience; prior exposure to operational, inventory, or cost accounting within mining, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred; fluency in spoken English and spoken French preferred
