Logistics Officer (Expat)

Job Description

Manage the complete import process, including import documentation and customs clearance. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal departments. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Monitor and track dry, frozen, and perishable goods shipments. Review logistics invoices and identify discrepancies. Coordinate preventive and corrective actions to minimize additional logistics and demurrage costs. Ensure compliance with customs requirements, trade regulations, and import procedures. Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records. Prepare regular logistics reports for management.
