Job Description

Mine & Production Geology: Direct daily production geology, oversee grade control programs, and lead reconciliation processes. Geological Modeling & Exploration: Build and refine 3D block models, manage resource estimation, and guide target generation for mineralization. Technical Leadership: Supervise site geology teams and integrate geological findings with mine planning and production operations.

Education & Experience

Education

Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred

Experience Level

Minimum 5 years of experience in production/mine geology

Additional Information

Understanding of rare earth element mineralization and/or gold mineralization (experience across both commodities is a distinct advantage).
