Plant Manager – CIP Gold Processing Plant
Job Description
Plant Operations & Maintenance: Direct plant operations, manage maintenance planning, and perform hands-on troubleshooting of crushers, ball mills, heavy-duty slurry pumps, agitators, blowers, boilers, elution columns, dosing pumps, generators, and compressors. Performance & Inventory Control: Monitor recovery rates, track plant profitability, manage spare parts inventory, and support the procurement of raw materials and consumables. Reporting & Compliance: Oversee operational reporting, ensure environmental and safety regulatory compliance, and liaise with local authorities.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
Experience Level
3–5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience, with a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in Cement, Paper, Chemical, Mineral Processing, or Gold Processing plants
Additional Information
Strong background in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, fabrication, machining, and precision alignment. Language Skills: English fluency required; Swahili is an advantage.
