Job Description
Depot & Fuel Station Operations: Manage retail station operations, oversee fuel inventory levels at third-party depots, and enforce strict adherence to HSSE and industry operational standards. Inventory Control & Loss Management: Conduct precise fuel measurement, execute routine stock reconciliations, track inventory metrics, and implement loss/variance control protocols. Logistics & Cross-Border Supply: Oversee dispatch planning, fuel transportation workflows, and cross-border distribution channels across East Africa.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Chemistry, Business Administration, or related field
Experience Level
Minimum 8 years of practical Oil & Gas experience in downstream/midstream operations; strong expertise in depot management, retail fuel stations, inventory reconciliation, loss control, and cross-border transport planning; regional East African market experience highly preferred
