Head of Technical & Product Design
Job Description
Lead technical and product design functions within the packaging manufacturing business. Manage research and development activities. Oversee product design and sample development. Develop and improve corrugated and paper packaging products. Ensure technical suitability, quality, and production feasibility of new products. Provide technical guidance on corrugation processes. Oversee flexographic printing, die-cutting, and gluing operations. Manage and monitor packaging machinery and equipment performance. Oversee maintenance activities and equipment reliability. 3–5 years in a senior technical or managerial position. Engineering, Packaging, or Paper Technology qualification preferred. Strong technical, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Engineering, Packaging, or Paper Technology qualification preferred.
Experience Level
8–10+ years of experience in corrugated or paper packaging manufacturing. 3–5 years of experience in a senior technical or managerial role.
Additional Information
Experience in the corrugated / paper packaging manufacturing industry is essential. Candidates with strong machinery, product development, maintenance, and quality control experience will be preferred.
