Production Manager – Maintenance & Production
Job Description
Plant Operations & Line Management: Oversee complete production and maintenance operations across Krones beverage filling lines and PET preform/cap molding processes. Performance Optimization & Quality: Drive OEE improvement, reduce downtime/material wastage, manage SAP/MES integration, and lead TPM, Lean, and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO/FSSC 22000 standards. Maintenance & Team Leadership: Lead preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure plant reliability, direct HSE compliance, and supervise a 50+ member engineering and production staff.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline
Experience Level
12–15+ years of extensive experience leading integrated production, maintenance, engineering, and utilities operations; strong hands-on expertise with Krones beverage filling lines; experience with KraussMaffei or Netstal injection molding machines highly preferred; proven track record managing 50+ member multidisciplinary teams; immediate joiners preferred
