PP Strap Operator (Plastic Extrusion)
Job Description
Machine Operations & Monitoring: Operate and monitor PP strap extrusion production lines; set and maintain optimal production parameters to achieve required output volume. Quality Assurance & Waste Reduction: Maintain product quality standards, conduct routine dimension/strength checks, and actively implement steps to reduce process scrap/material wastage. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance, troubleshoot minor mechanical/process faults, maintain production logs, and coordinate with technical teams to minimize line downtime.
Education & Experience
Education
TI / Technical Certificate or High School Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, or related trade
Experience Level
5+ years of hands-on experience operating PP strap / plastic extrusion machines; strong background in setting production parameters, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and basic machine maintenance; candidates with previous Nigeria experience will not be considered; candidate preferably married with children and willing to relocate for long-term placement
