Senior Accountant
Job Description
Financial Management & Reporting: Manage general accounts, perform financial reconciliations, conduct variance analysis, and compile monthly management reports and dashboards. Cash Flow, Tax & Controls: Handle budgeting, cash flow forecasting, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), tax compliance, internal operational controls, and audit coordination. Systems & Analytics: Maintain accounting databases, CRM tools, and reporting systems to analyze financial and commercial sales performance.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Degree in Accounting / Finance
Experience Level
5 to 15 years of hands-on accounting and financial management experience; strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally; experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Distribution sectors is preferred; prior work experience in Africa and working knowledge of French are strong advantages
