Job Description
ERP Management & Financial Operations: Lead daily financial accounting and reporting operations using Odoo ERP as a mandatory platform, maintaining tight internal financial controls. Cost Accounting & Inventory: Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory tracking, cost-of-goods-sold analysis, and operational cost optimization. Compliance, Reporting & Audits: Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements, manage tax filings, ensure full adherence to Ghana statutory regulations, and coordinate audit requirements.
Education & Experience
Education
Professional accounting qualification (ICAG, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
Experience Level
8–10+ years of professional accounting and finance experience; mandatory hands-on expertise with Odoo ERP; strong background in IFRS, manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory controls, financial reporting, and Ghana tax/statutory compliance; open to candidates of any nationality.
