Job Description
Financial Management & IFRS Reporting: Direct month-end and year-end closing routines, prepare complete financial statements in compliance with IFRS, and maintain sound internal financial controls. Manufacturing Costing & Inventory Control: Oversee standard product costing, raw material inventory valuations, factory overhead allocations, and variance analysis to optimize plant operational margins. Taxation, Compliance & Systems Oversight: Manage Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) tax filings, statutory compliance, audit prep, and maintain operational accounting workflows using Odoo ERP.

Education
Professional Accounting Designation (ICAG / ACCA / CIMA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification mandatory)
Experience Level
8–10+ years of progressive hands-on finance and accounting experience; solid background in manufacturing and industrial accounting; strong expertise in IFRS frameworks, manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting; direct exposure to Ghana tax laws and statutory compliance; mandatory, non-negotiable hands-on Odoo ERP experience

Hands-on Odoo ERP proficiency is strictly mandatory. ICAG / ACCA / CIMA / CPA. Heavy Industrial / Manufacturing environment in Ghana.
