Job Description
Greenfield Project Delivery & Engineering Support: Lead greenfield project initiation, master planning, scheduling, and implementation; collaborate closely with EPC/project engineering and construction teams to clear execution bottlenecks. Commissioning & Technical Operations: Oversee rigorous testing, pre-commissioning, and full commissioning phases to bring the plant and associated chemical facilities into successful commercial operation. Government Liaison & Compliance: Manage high-level liaison with Namibian government bodies, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders to secure necessary operational approvals and permits.
Education & Experience
Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from a premier institute in India.
Experience Level
25 years of comprehensive work experience covering medium to large chemical facility operations, end-to-end project planning, government liaisoning, and project execution; mandatory technical background in base metals; proven track record leading greenfield project initiation, planning, construction support, testing, pre-commissioning, and plant commissioning
