Job Description
Strategic HR & Manpower Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies, workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management frameworks across downstream retail and logistics operations. Recruitment & Employee Relations: Oversee full-lifecycle hiring, employee engagement, performance management systems, industrial relations, and grievance handling. Compliance & HR Operations: Enforce compliance with Nigerian/West African labor laws, oversee payroll, compensation & benefits structures, training programs, and general HR administration.

Education
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources
Experience Level
8 to 10 years of overall HR experience; mandatory prior work experience in Africa; direct hands-on experience in downstream oil & gas / petroleum operations (fuel stations, petroleum retail, lubricants, logistics, distribution); strong knowledge of West African labor laws and employment regulations; French language proficiency is an added advantage
Additional Information
Mandatory prior Africa work experience + direct downstream oil & gas / fuel station / logistics domain background. Knowledge of French is beneficial.
