HR Manager
Job Description
Manage the overall HR function. Provide HR leadership and business support. Develop and implement HR policies and processes. Manage employee relations and HR operations. Support workforce planning and recruitment. Ensure compliance with applicable labour and statutory requirements. Partner with business leadership on HR matters. Support HR initiatives across the organization.
Education & Experience
Education
Master’s Degree or MBA in Human Resources or Business Administration. CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
Experience Level
8–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience Minimum 3 years in an HR Manager or similar leadership role. Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Engineering, EPC, Construction, Mining, Manufacturing or Industrial sectors highly preferred. Previous African experience, particularly Democratic Republic of Congo, is an advantage.
Additional Information
Previous experience in Africa, especially DRC, is an added advantage. Sector experience in renewable energy, EPC, construction, mining, manufacturing or industrial businesses is highly preferred.
