Job Description
Plant HR Operations & Administration: Oversee day-to-day shop-floor HR operations, maintain personnel records, and ensure smooth workforce coordination across manufacturing shifts. Employee Relations & Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, address workplace grievances, and handle routine employee relations matters to support a positive labor environment. Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Assist with site-level recruitment, end-to-end manpower planning, and onboarding procedures for factory staff.
Education & Experience
Education
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience Level
Hands-on experience in Plant HR or Manufacturing HR operations; strong employee relations and grievance-handling skills; proven capability to manage routine factory HR operations independently
