Job Description
Dispatch & Outbound Logistics Management: Direct month-to-month dispatch activities to meet high-volume targets (20,000–25,000 MT), optimize yard throughput, and streamline outbound transport logistics. Warehouse & Inventory Oversight: Manage finished goods stock balances across diverse steel product lines (TMT, HR Strips, Wire Rods, Tubes, Nails) and enforce accurate ERP-based inventory tracking. Shop-Floor & Yard Operations: Supervise safe and efficient material handling, direct EOT crane loading and unloading workflows, lead logistics field personnel, and maintain strict plant EHS standards.

Education & Experience
Education
Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Experience Level
Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in dispatch, logistics, and supply chain operations; mandatory 5+ years specifically handling steel product dispatch; proven track record managing high-volume operations with 20,000–25,000 MT monthly dispatch capacity; hands-on technical expertise with finished goods inventory control, EOT crane loading/unloading operations, and steel products (including TMT bars, HR Strips, Wire Rods, Tubes, Nails, etc.); strong team leadership capabilities, logistics fleet coordination, and ERP systems proficiency.
Additional Information
Must have 5+ years in steel dispatch AND direct experience managing 20,000–25,000 MT monthly dispatch volume. EOT crane operations, heavy material loading/unloading, ERP dispatch modules, and long/flat steel product handling.
