Job Description
Lead and manage large-scale open-pit mining operations. Oversee mining production and overall site performance. Manage large mobile mining fleets and ensure equipment availability. Lead large, multidisciplinary, and multicultural teams. Oversee production, maintenance, HSE, mine planning, and cost control. Drive operational performance and continuous improvement. Maintain a strong field presence and provide hands-on operational leadership. Previous mining experience in Africa, ideally West Africa. Mining contractor experience is an advantage. Fluent French and English are mandatory. Strong field presence and hands-on operational leadership capabilities.

Experience Level
Extensive hands-on experience managing open-pit mining operations in Africa, ideally West Africa. Previous experience in a senior position such as Mine Director, Mine Manager, General Manager – Mining Operations, or Mining Operations Manager. Mining contractor experience is an advantage.
