Mine Manager – Open Pit Gold Mine
Job Description
Lead multidisciplinary mining teams and large contractor workforces. Manage mine production and planning activities. Oversee drill and blast operations. Manage grade control activities. Oversee geotechnical management. Manage mobile mining equipment operations. Monitor and manage contractor performance. Coordinate mining activities across different operational functions. Lead contractors with varying levels of organizational maturity.

Experience Level
Minimum 15 years of relevant mining experience. Significant large-scale open-pit gold mining experience. At least 5 years in senior mining leadership roles. French-speaking West Africa experience is preferred. Experience leading multidisciplinary mining teams and large contractor workforces. Strong contractor management experience.
Additional Information
