Job Description
Flexo Production & Shop-Floor Governance: Manage end-to-end flexo printing workflows, optimize material and press utilization, drive quality control, and ensure on-time delivery of label and packaging orders. Commercial Alignment & Process Optimization: Coordinate closely with sales and commercial departments, implement continuous process improvements, resolve technical packaging queries, and identify business development opportunities. Team Leadership & Technical Oversight: Mentor and develop technical press operators, production technicians, and shop-floor staff while maintaining high productivity and safety standards.

Education & Experience
Education
Degree or Diploma in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
Experience Level
Strong hands-on technical background in Flexo Packaging & Label Printing; core experience in production and shop-floor operations management; proven exposure to commercial, sales support, and business development activities; track record in process optimization, resource planning, and leading technical press/floor teams.
