Maintenance Engineer – Blown Film

Job Description

Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs on extrusion equipment. Maintain screws, dies, heaters, drives, gearboxes and winders. Support blown film line operations. Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment. Support water sachet film production. Lead the maintenance team. Train local staff on maintenance and equipment operations.

Education & Experience

Experience Level

10+ years in blown film. Minimum 3 years operating blown film lines. Minimum 5 years in maintenance. Senior-level experience leading maintenance teams and training local staff. Previous West Africa experience is an advantage.

Additional Information

Rajoo machine experience is an advantage. Water sachet film production experience required. Previous West Africa experience is an advantage.
