Project Manager – Solar (MV 10+ MW)
Job Description
Project Planning & Execution: Oversee full-lifecycle project scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation from initial kickoff to final commissioning. Supply Chain & Logistics Management: Direct expediting activities, manage logistics tracking for equipment delivery, and ensure all site components arrive on schedule. Quality & Operations Control: Conduct site inspections to enforce strict quality and safety compliance, coordinating daily activities with field engineering, vendors, and stakeholders.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Level
Strong background in Project Management within the utility-scale solar PV or construction sector; hands-on experience managing medium-voltage (MV) solar installations of 10+ MW scale; proven expertise in project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling; proficiency in expediting, site inspections, and logistics management to guarantee timely component delivery; working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and safety standards; proficiency in project management tracking/reporting software.
