Production Manager – Metal Coating Line
Job Description
Production Operations & Scheduling: Direct day-to-day metal coating operations, develop production schedules, optimize line throughput, and ensure strict adherence to output schedules. Quality, EHS & Process Optimization: Enforce strict quality control standards, monitor process parameters, lead troubleshooting for line/operational issues, and drive ongoing safety and process efficiency initiatives. Team Leadership & KPI Management: Manage and mentor production line personnel, establish performance metrics, and track key operational KPIs to ensure productivity and cost targets are met.
Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience Level
Deep operational and supervisory experience leading metal coating lines; direct, hands-on experience in Galvanizing, Colour Coating, or general Metal Coating processes; strong track record in production planning, quality control, process efficiency, safety protocols, and operational troubleshooting; proven leadership in managing and training production teams.
