Job Description
Executive Leadership & P&L Oversight: Direct whole-of-company operations, hold complete profit-and-loss (P&L) accountability, and execute long-term strategic plans to expand market share and profitability. Cross-Functional Management: Supervise executive heads across Production, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain to drive plant productivity, operational synergy, and supply chain efficiency. Stakeholder & Strategic Governance: Build high-level relationships with institutional customers, suppliers, government authorities, and industrial specifiers while enforcing strict regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Metallurgy, Mechanical, Operations) or Business Administration/Finance; Master's Degree or MBA strongly preferred.
Experience Level
Executive-level leadership experience leading overall business and plant operations; demonstrated track record in steel manufacturing or heavy industrial production; comprehensive P&L management experience across production, operations, sales, finance, human resources, and supply chain; proven background driving organizational growth, business expansion, strategic planning, and profitability.
