Hot Rolling Mill Manager
Job Description
Mill Operations & Output Optimization: Oversee full-cycle Hot Rolling Mill production, optimize process workflows, improve operational throughput, and consistently hit mill production targets. Maintenance & Downtime Control: Coordinate with maintenance units to minimize unscheduled mill downtime, enforce process controls, and implement routine operational improvements. Quality Assurance & Team Management: Enforce product quality standards, lead and mentor shift/plant production teams, and drive operational excellence across mill workflows.

Education & Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience Level
Deep operational and leadership experience managing Hot Rolling Mill operations within the steel manufacturing industry; strong track record in driving production volumes, process optimization, mill efficiency, downtime minimization, preventive maintenance coordination, quality control, and shop-floor team management.
